How we handle SMS information

This policy applies to the text messaging program operated by Thirsty Aztec (Phillys and Beer LLC, 200 Riverwalk, San Antonio, TX 78205) for Thirsty Aztec and Thirsty Candies.
Information we collect
When you actively opt in by sending START or otherwise text one of the program numbers above, we receive the mobile number you used, the content of your messages, message timestamps, and delivery information. We do not purchase, rent, or import contact lists.
How we use it
We use SMS information only to administer the program and provide the messages you requested, including customer-care replies, order-pickup updates, reservation confirmations, requested venue information, opt-in and opt-out confirmations, and help responses.
Sharing and sale of mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties. We may use service providers solely to deliver and operate the messaging service, subject to confidentiality and appropriate data-use restrictions, or disclose information when required by law.
Retention and security
We retain SMS records only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, document consent, comply with law, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
Reply STOP at any time to revoke consent and end program messages. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also ask us to delete your SMS information, subject to records we must retain for legal or compliance purposes.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to your questions, orders, reservations, and requests. Message and data rates may apply under your carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
