This privacy policy describes how Thirsty Aztec and Thirsty Candies, operated by Philly's and Beer, LLC (200 Riverwalk, San Antonio, TX 78205), collect, use, retain, and protect information in connection with our SMS text messaging program.
1. Information we collect
When you enroll in the SMS program or exchange messages with us, we collect:
- Your mobile phone number.
- Your opt-in keyword (START) and the date and time of your consent.
- The content of messages you send to us, such as questions, orders, and reservation requests.
- Delivery information such as opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP) requests and message timestamps.
2. How we use your information
We use this information only to operate the SMS program: to send the customer-care replies, order-pickup updates, reservation confirmations, and venue information you request; to confirm enrollment and unsubscribe requests; and to comply with applicable law and carrier requirements.
3. Sharing of information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.
We share information only with service providers that deliver text messages on our behalf (our messaging platform), and only as necessary to operate the program, or when required by law.
4. Retention
We retain SMS program information while you are enrolled and as needed to honor opt-out requests, resolve disputes, and meet legal and record-keeping requirements.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect SMS program information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
6. Your choices
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from the program. Reply HELP for help, call (210) 580‑4844, or email joel@thirstyaztec.com with any privacy question or request about your information.
7. Children
The SMS program is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when the program or applicable requirements change. The updated date above identifies the current version.
