These terms govern the text messaging program operated by Thirsty Aztec (Phillys and Beer LLC, 200 Riverwalk, San Antonio, TX 78205) for Thirsty Aztec and Thirsty Candies.
1. Program description
The program provides customer-care replies, order-pickup updates, reservation confirmations, and venue information requested by the customer. Messages are recurring only as needed for your active questions, orders, reservations, and requests.
2. How to opt in
The program uses one consumer-initiated enrollment method. Visit the public SMS opt-in page, choose a listed business line, and actively send the keyword START from your mobile phone. Opening the messaging app without sending START does not enroll you. We do not enroll customers through pre-checked boxes, purchased lists, or verbal requests.
After you send START, the program confirms enrollment with: “Thirsty Aztec: You are opted in to order and customer care texts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.”
By sending START, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated customer-care and transactional text messages from Thirsty Aztec and Thirsty Candies at the number you used. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies according to your questions, orders, reservations, and requests. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier plan.
5. Opting out
You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP. We will confirm the unsubscribe request and send no further program messages unless you later choose to re-enroll by sending START.

7. Carrier disclaimer
Supported carriers may change. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability may vary by carrier and location.
8. Privacy
Our SMS Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and protect SMS information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.
9. Changes
We may update these terms when the program or applicable requirements change. The updated date above identifies the current version.
